Approved Handler Training

An Approved Handler is a person certified as having the experience and knowledge to handle the substances they work with in such a way that the risk of mishaps is reduced as much as possible.
They must be able to take charge in an emergency situation and manage the situation with minimal damage to people, the environment, the site etc.

If your site needs Approved Handlers, they must be certified and available before a Location Test Certificate can be issued.
